1. ADMISSION & SCHOOL OPERATIONS

• Admission Process: VSK welcomes students who align with our values of discipline and discovery. Please contact the administrative office for current session availability and entrance protocols.

2. ACADEMIC RULES & CONDUCT

2.1 Attendance & Leave

• A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to sit for term and final examinations.

• Leave is not granted except on prior written application for serious reasons.

• Medical/Dental appointments must not be arranged during school hours.

2.2 Examination & Promotion

• The school year consists of three terms: March to May, July to October, and November to February.

• Examinations are held at the end of each term; no early or late testing is permitted.

• Absence from exams without grave cause (supported by a doctor’s certificate) results in failure for that subject.

• Use of unfair means results in a zero for the subject; repetition leads to dismissal.

2.3 Discipline & Uniform

• Daily Conduct: Every student must carry the school diary and maintain habitual cleanliness.

• Uniform Policy: The school uniform must be worn on all school days and functions.

• Property: Students must care for school furniture; scratching or damaging property is a violation of conduct.

• Valuables: The school is not responsible for lost goods. Expensive watches or fountain pens should not be brought to school.

3. PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL

• Parental Withdrawal: Requires one current month’s notice in writing; otherwise, one month's fee will be charged.

• Institutional Removal: The school authorities may remove a student based on:

  • Constant weakness in studies.

  • Irregularity in attendance.

  • Behavioral issues or serious misconduct.
